1. Does X8 work well on carpets?

It can handle carpets with pile heights of up to 26 mm but may struggle with thicker or harder carpets. It can cross from floor to carpet up to pile heights of 17 mm. For fringed carpets, please set a no-go zone to avoid the robot getting stuck.

2. Is the Map Accurate and Does It Lose Itself?

It features user-friendly map management capabilities. To prevent certain map issues, we recommend not moving the charging dock after creating a map. If you have long-pile carpets at home, please set up no-go zones to avoid getting stuck.

3. How Effective is the Cleaning of the X8?

X8 has dual suction fans of 2,000Pa for effective cleaning. For homes with pets that shed hair regularly, we recommend setting the suction to 2,000Pa for better cleaning performance.

4. What is the Battery Life of the X8 Like?

If the standard suction is used on hard floors, it is expected to be cleaned for 160 minutes (for reference only). If there are more carpets in the house and higher suction power is used, we recommend turning on the auto-return cleaning in the app.
